THLS AI is being developed as part of Titan Haven Group's broader AI systems and institutional infrastructure initiatives. The system is designed to support structured workplace communication practice, scenario-based learning, adaptive feedback, learner confidence tracking, and readiness-oriented progress visibility.
Unlike general-purpose chatbot tools, THLS AI is being designed around controlled workplace scenarios, communication-readiness objectives, instructor and program visibility, and practical implementation needs for adult learning and workforce environments.
Development efforts have included engagement with adult education, workforce readiness, and professional association stakeholders to better understand implementation needs and communication challenges faced by adult learners preparing for workplace environments.
